Giving Back To The Community

Home schooling and full-time Christian ministry (including preparation for) can be a burdensome task requiring maximum hours with minimum support. We offer a 20% discount on services rendered to these customers. Donated computers, parts, and software are given to these customers at no cost to them. As an incentive to donate your qualifying unused computers and parts, we offer a 20% discount on your service. A 10% minimum of profit by services rendered are donated to a local ministry.

We believe in giving back to our customers. Clicking on the link to FAQ's will give a list of most common questions and tips for computer related troubleshooting. Most of these answers in the FAQ's can be performed by the average user to become more proficient with their own computer. If any of the tasks seem difficult or if you feel uncomfortable performing these tasks, please give us a call or email us.

Individualized Service

We understand that different customers have different needs. The initial phone consultation is available at no cost so that an informed assessment can be made based upon your computing and/or networking needs. Our main goal is that you get the best service, even if we need to refer you to another company.

Computer Service

We offer expert computer service on business, personal, and laptop systems. Please notice that we do not offer repair service on monitors, printers, and any major repairs on laptops.

Jeremy Lane, the owner of FastLane Technology, has over 15 years of experience. Experience includes: basic electronics (AC and DC theory); repair, design, and custom building of IBM compatible systems from Intel 8086 systems to present day Intel and AMD processors; Apple/Macintosh computer repair and upgrade; networking including file sharing, internet sharing, security, wireless (B, G, Super-G, and Pre-N), wired (RJ45) (10/100/1000 Mbit), and broadband (Cable/DSL); Microsoft DOS, Windows 3.1, 3.11, 95, NT, 98, ME, 2000, XP, and the new Vista, Linux platforms; video presentation and editing; web-site design and editing using Microsoft FrontPage; and gaming with LAN parties.

We offer labor support of manufacturer's warranty for all warranted parts. Additional Labor is extra at a discounted rate. Parts will be returned for service to original parts manufacturer.

PC Maintenance Package

- Scan for and clean Viruses and Spyware
- Optimize hardware and settings
- Dust removal from computer chassis
- Update Operating System*
- Recommend Upgrades and Repairs

We will scan your hard drive(s) for threatening programs including viruses and spyware and remove all known Spyware and Viruses.

We will optimize your system by checking your system settings and configuring them for optimal performance including defragmenting your hard drive.

We will also install Anti-Spyware software and Ant-Virus software if your system is not protected.

Removing dust from your inside your computer, you will reduce your chances of damaged components and static build up.

If your computer is connected to a broadband connection, we will also update your Windows Operating system.

This package is recommended for use every three months for optimum life span of your computer. While servicing, recommendations for upgrades and repairs will be offered. Actual service of upgrades and repairs performed that are recommended will be part of additional service fees including repairing major damage from viruses on unprotected computers.

*Broadband connection must be available. Not available for dial-up internet connectivity.
